New Updates to Reputation Management

Whether you see it or not, your customers are talking about you online. That’s why we’ve made three key updates to our Reputation Management, which will help you stay on top of your reviews – because online reputation is a leading factor in increasing your visibility with AI search.  

Review Alerts: Know the Moment Feedback Lands

With Review Alerts, you’ll get notified by email whenever new reviews are pulled into your dashboard—making it faster than ever to respond. 

  • Weekly notifications: Emails arrive every Friday or Saturday with your latest reviews. 
  • Flexible setup: Assign alerts to as many authorized users as you’d like, per location. 
  • Coverage where it matters: Currently tracks Google and Facebook reviews, with more on the way. 
  • Simple delivery: Each alert email contains review details so you can respond quickly. 

Turn On Your Alerts: 

  1. Log in to the Reputation Management Admin
  1. Head to the Alerts tab
  1. Select recipients who should receive the weekly email

You’ll be notified as soon as new reviews arrive, so you can stay engaged, build trust, and maintain your shop’s reputation working in your favor. 

Private Feedback: Capture What Doesn’t Go Public

Not every customer wants to post a public review, and now, they don’t have to. With the new Private Feedback Form, dealers can collect direct customer insights through the Website Review Tool. 

  • Visible link: When enabled, customers see a “Send Dealer Feedback” link in the review tool. 
  • Secure form: Customers provide their name, email, and feedback, validated by reCAPTCHA. Phone number is optional. 
  • Instant alerts: Submissions are emailed immediately to all Dealer Admins for that account. 

Enable Private Feedback

  1. Login to Reputation Management Admin. 
  1. Go to Account Settings. 
  1. In the Review Widget Setup, toggle Dealer Feedback Form to “On”. 

This way, you’ll catch valuable insights you might otherwise miss. 

Smarter Follow-Ups: No More Duplicates 

We’ve refined how review follow-ups work so your customers don’t get spammed. 

  • Engagement tracking: If a customer clicks the original review link (SMS or email), no follow-up is sent. 
  • Auto-cancel: If a follow-up was scheduled but the customer clicks beforehand, it’s automatically canceled. 

This keeps your communication respectful and avoids making happy customers feel nagged.
