Sharing Positivity, Spreading Joy, & Engaging on Social Media this Holiday Season

It’s the holiday season once again! While the holidays often bring a fair share of stress, they also bring a lot of joy. In the hopes of spreading that joy, many people use social media to send best wishes and holiday cheer to their friends and family.

It’s important to remember that while you use social media to market your business, your audience uses social media to have fun and engage with their favorite brands and businesses. Use the holiday season to engage with your audience. In this installment of our monthly social media newsletter, we share some examples of how to connect with your audience.

Example #1: Best One Tire & Auto Care of Marion

This holiday season Best One Tire & Auto Care of Marion is giving back by hosting a giving tree in their shop. Both customers and employees are encouraged to choose a tag from the tree, purchase the listed gift, and leave it at the shop for a child in need.

By putting the word out on social media, they are reaching a larger audience. Social media is a great way to encourage people to donate and let them know where they can do so.

Example #2: Best One of Monroe

Best One of Monroe is participating in a local holiday lights festival and recently shared their creative displays on social media. This post is a great example of a business with a strong community connection and a love of their industry.

Example #3: RCL Automotive

The holidays are a great time to give back to your local community and give a spotlight to your company’s traditions. This year, RCL Automotive entered a tree into their town’s Civitan Club tree auction for the 21st year in a row! Local businesses enter a tree in the festival to be auctioned off in order to raise money for charitable causes in their community.

What is your business doing this holiday season? Be sure to take pictures and send them to your Account Manager and they’ll have one of our Social Media Specialists share them.
