A picture is worth a thousand words…or “Likes.”
Are you looking for new ways to grow your Facebook presence and increase interactions between your fans and your business page? Images have a much stronger engagement factor than just plain text! Consider taking photos at promotional events, or simply snapping a few shots of your location in action. Your own website is the best starting place when looking for eye catching content to share.
When it comes to social media, it’s important to be active. One of the most common questions we get from dealers is, "How often should I post to my profiles?" While there isn't a set rule, we recommend posting at least 3 posts per week to get an edge over your competition. Posts should be a mixture of sales-oriented posts, community involvement, relevant automotive information, or just pure fun! Remember: social media is about building a brand identity, so tailor the content you post to match. (Stuck on what to post? Don't worry - our curated posts take care of that for you!)
Here are some additional tips and resources to help you with coming up with engaging post ideas:
As part of our Social Media Master Tech product, we work directly with auto repair shops and tire dealers like you to build a strong brand presence.
Steve Coelho of Safe Way Auto Center sent us some great pictures to post to his social media from his trip to Nokian's Ivalo testing center in Finland. When we shared these photos on his profiles, we saw a boost in both reach and engagement. Not only did this custom post highlight Steve's personal journey, but also reaffirmed Safe Way’s commitment to the products they sell. By testing tires personally and bringing customers along for the ride, Steve and Safe Way have further strengthened their bond with their customers. ...And the photos from the breathtaking scenery of the Finnish Lapland didn't hurt either!
Customized posts to your social media profiles are a great way to increase engagement. Submit a case to our team or feel free to post alongside your Social Media Master Tech updates.
