Everyone celebrates their birthdays in different ways. Some people enjoy parties and elaborate celebrations, while others enjoy a nice dinner and cake at home. Whether you enjoy your birthday or not, it is something that at least gets acknowledged every year.
Businesses are very similar in that way. Some celebrate with month-long giveaways and specials, like Tires & More, but most just let the day go by without doing anything out of the ordinary. However, these few shops did something special to celebrate and thank their customers for continuing to come back year after year.
Luyet Automotive in Conway, Arkansas celebrated their seven-year anniversary with a Facebook contest to give away a set of tires and alignment. Not only is this a great way to thank your customers for many years of business, but these posts typically engage really well which helps many more people see it organically.
Anhorn's Gas & Tire went a little bigger for their anniversary. They're holding a two-day anniversary celebration with a car show, a monster truck, giveaways, and a lot more at their shop. This is a great way to give back to your customers in a different way that also gives you a chance to spend time with them and establish a sense of community. It is also a terrific opportunity for potential customers to come check out your business.
Big celebrations and giveaways aren't the only way to celebrate anniversaries. Sunset Hills Automotive ran a special offering $17 off any service in honor of their 17th anniversary. We created custom graphics to put out on social media announcing these specials and posted them throughout the month of May. This idea was a big hit amount their customers and brought new faces in the door.
