Navigating COVID-19: Business Resources

Below we've organized a list of resources for businesses managing the impact of COVID-19. 

 

Notice: Paycheck Protection Program has Reopened

The Paycheck Protection Program resumed accepting applications July 6, 2020, at 9:00 AM EDT in response to President signing the program's extension legislation. The new deadline to apply for a Paycheck Protection Program loan is August 8, 2020.

 

Small Business Loans

The U.S. Small Business Administration is offering designated states and territories low-interest federal disaster loans for working capital to small businesses suffering substantial economic injury as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). 

 

Google Ad Credits for SMBs

Google has announced $340 million in ad credits for small and medium businesses who have been active advertisers since the start of 2019. Ad credits will be distributed to eligible businesses in the coming months.

 

Facebook Offers Cash Grants & Ad Credits

Facebook has announced it plans to award $100 million in cash grants and ad credits for up to 30,000 small businesses in over 30 countries to address the economic impact of the coronavirus outbreak.

 

Paid Sick Leave

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act) requires certain employers to provide employees with paid sick leave or expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19.

 

The Small Business Owner’s Guide to the CARES Act

The initiatives in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act are intended to assist business owners with whatever needs they have right now. When implemented, there will be many new resources available for small businesses, as well as certain nonprofits and other employers.
