Net Driven helps small businesses thrive in the internet economy by providing websites and internet marketing solutions to independently owned tire and automotive repair shops throughout North America. Net Driven has formed over 60 different partnerships within the tire and automotive space with major manufacturers, wholesale distributors, and trade associations, including Fortune 50 companies. We employ some of the region’s most influential minds in technology, SEO, internet marketing, and web design.

Job Summary

Net Driven’s Regional Sales Manager strives to exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships with prospective clients. The RSM actively identifies and pursues leads and achieves sales quotas. Meeting and exceeding revenue goals will be accomplished through multiple prospect interactions over the phone and email by utilizing Salesforce to manage a lead list. The ideal candidate is a high energy self-starter with a bias for action and a focus on results. 


The position operates in a fast-paced, technology-based environment. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing and executing an outbound calling effort as well as building relationships to establish affiliate sales opportunities. Net Driven’s sales strategy includes both direct telephone sales and affiliate sales through manufacturers and trade associations as well as trade shows and presentations to trade groups.

  • Generate leads, qualify leads, and build a funnel of opportunities large enough to meet sales objectives.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals by managing sales activity according to agreed market development strategy.

  • Properly demo and quote desired products

  • Properly execute necessary paperwork in a timely manner to process customer orders.

  • Track and maintain all prospect and customer activity in the company CRM application

  • Assist Marketing personnel with seminar/mailing/call campaigns as required by management

  • Work within the organization to assemble detailed proposals for the products and/or customer solutions

  • Collaborate with marketing to programmatically drive results

  • Directly interface with top accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and revenue.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent sales experience

  • Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience

  • Experience selling B2B

  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding goals and targets.

  • Consistent rank within the top twenty percent of peer group.

  • Demonstrated experience operating within a sales culture of accountability

  • Exceptional customer service orientation

  • Exceptional integrity, honesty and trustworthiness

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

  • Skilled in Internet browsing and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Strong foundation for strategic and tactical selling of a complex sale
