All your Net Driven® support cases are automatically monitored and supported by our in-house support team. Our team of design, technical and customer support representatives are dedicated to providing maintenance, monitoring and response to any technical question concerning your Net Driven® website and internet marketing service.
Net Driven® support is managed in-house by Net Driven®. That means our technical services team is onsite and a part of our company's talented staff. We do not partner with an outside 3rd party provider. Because of this structure, Net Driven® delivers timely responses to questions and requests using our internal support tracking systems, reporting tools and analysis. All support cases are resolved within 24-72 hours.

Team members monitoring our systems keep data and information secure to ensure your requests are captured and addressed quickly and accurately. In addition, our dedication to great service ensures your website and internet marketing services are running optimally and flawlessly.
If you contact us via our Support Case system, you will receive an instant notification that your case has been entered into our system. You will also receive an additional email once your case has been resolved.
Training
Training is a valuable step in accessing the power of your website and internet marketing service with Net Driven®. We strive to make training enjoyable and informative. We offer a complete line of training for all of our clients. This includes a full review of your new website, covering basic functions, analytics and communicating with your visitors. We also discuss you how to respond to leads and how to track your return on your investment.
Also included in our training is a step-by-step walk through of website analytics. This is an extensive program that tracks all traffic to your website on a daily basis. Analytics will allow you to track how many people visit your site on a daily basis, what cities they are located in, the amount of time they spend on your site, what search term they used to find your site and much more!
Finally, we also walk through unique website features that can enhance your business, such as finding new employees, customer feedback and how visitors can schedule service appointments.
